and I totally agree.
However, a friend of mine made a suggestion that made sense. When sending
messages there is some sanity check (subject not empty, body not empty and
so on). This is done in compose.php if a message is submitted and the
santiy check fails an error is printed and the input form is shonw again.
enabled browser you could get a pop-up telling you to that something is
missing/wrong, if not you would get the form with an error message. This

I agree that it would make for nice features, maybe make it look cooler,
but that's what makes SquirrelMail a bit different from IMP or other
web-based email clients. We have come up with ways to do everything in
HTML form so far, and I would really like to keep it that way -- Not
what we stated that we would accomplish.
