I use spamgourmet.com (great site), but with reply masking, I get long from
addresses (they encode the original address, but have the new from as
spamgourmet, so on replies, they can restore your original address, instead of
the final destination. Anyway, that is not really important. The important
thing is, the from address is long, and when I reply to it, foldLine can't
find a good place to wrap it, so it wraps in the middle of the address,
causeing the mail to bounce.
I have added the following lines to Deliver.class.php @ line 369:
/* RMB : Added the To case...long addresses were being folded */
$hdr_s .= $this->foldLine($header[$i], 130, str_pad('',4)); break;
This folds at 130 instead of 78. Is there a reason we fold headers at 78?
Can we not fold if we don't find an appropriate place to? I am not crazy
about my solution...what happens when I get a reply that is 131 chars, it will
bounce. Is there a limit, can I just set this to 200? Please advise.
Any attempt to use the new super glues results in the two pieces
sticking to your thumb and index finger rather than to each other.
