This is something that should be possible in SM 2. Folder names non-ASCII
characters coded in the modified UTF-7 used by IMAP should also be shown
correctly. It should also be possible to create folders with non-ASCII
names and have them cretaedwith the correct UTF-7 name on the server.
- The system folders (INBOX etc) should be translateable
- UTF-7 encoded folder names should display correctly
- It should be possible to create folders with non-ASCII characters
This proably means that we need to perate with 2 sets of the folder names:
the none used on the IMAP-server and the one actually dipslayed.
UTF-7 is discussed in RFC 2152, but IMAP uses a slightly modified version.
