Let me clarify this. We did have goals and a general plan from the beginning.
They are stated on our web page. What I meant was that we didn't have a detailed
design. As new functionality has been added to SquirrelMail, we have been
improvising the code as we go along. That's not all bad, and I think we have done
a great job (SquirrelMail is the best webmail product out there, IMHO). I'm just
saying that now that we know all the functionality that should be in SquirrelMail,
it would be nice to have detailed design specifications, and build it from the
ground up. Do you guys think the same way?
