Test your PHP settings (http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/TestPHPSettings)
and make sure that you have set error_reporting to 6143 and display_errors
to on.

If you use firefox, run spell check, right click in location marked with red
arrow (http://yfrog.com/6hspellxp), select This Frame -> View frame source.
Check page source for PHP error messages or create screenshot with page
source.
