Thanks Marc,

I think you've given me enough information to get the hunt started. I used
UW-IMAP and switched to Dovecot. Same on both, which is why I thought it
might be SQM. FYI and because I didn't give it before: PHP: 4.2.2-8.0.5,
Dovecot: v1.0.alpha1. I don't know which version of UW-IMAP I had. It was
the version that comes with Redhat v8.0.
