[SM-USERS] Reply-to should do some format checking...

Currently still at 1.4.3a

We had a couple of users that didn't know what 'reply-to' means an email
address and instead entered their Name (ie First Last).

Emails going out then have an improper reply-to field and appended the
webmail host to it.

Is there anything to do some checking and/or to make sure that either a
full email address is entered, or if a space is entered to prompt the
user for correctness ?
