[SM-USERS] TLS is enabled, but this version of PHP does not support TLS sockets, or is missing the openssl extension.

Hi,
I've upgraded to squirrel 1.5.0
I have the following setup:
- email server: Cyrus
- php: 4.3.4
- apache web server:2

I turned on the use of TLS on squirrel using config.pl.
I get the error on the subject.
