I have committed autz according to your comments. I've also found out
that CRAM-MD5 does _not_ support authz identifier at all. If I am wrong,
please correct me. :/ So all that's left is PLAIN and DIGEST-MD5.

In case anyone wants to try it, you should also get the working plugin,
