[SM-PLUGINS] [patch] LDIF Address Book Import

Hi!

I have played with ldifimport.1.2.1-1.2.0.tar.gz downloaded from
squirrelmail.org and it did not worked for me [squirrelmail 1.2.11,
SunOS 5.9/sparc, PHP 4.3.1, Apache 1.3.27]. 

Addressbook upload fails with timeout error. The cause seems to be 
this piece of code (CR/LF/CRLF handling):

array_splice($file, $l, 1, $line);

I did not dig deeper, but it seems to me that this command could be
simply avoided and the program will be more effective anyway.
