#382 warning if "subject"=empty

I'm wondering whether it is possible to have a function that
gives the user a warning if he's trying to send a mail without
a header.

Reason: For business purposes webmail is great if you're on
the road and can't work with your notebook. But most mail
programs give you a warning that you've forgotten to type in
a subject line. So the average user is used to this warning
and if he's working with webmail he wont think of a subject
line himself.

Additionally some mail progs mark messages without a
subject line as spam... and if I use a webmail interface, the
mail normally is really important (otherwise it couild have
waited till I'm back at my desk).
