Hi,

I am testing out squirrel sql as a replacement for the (IMHO) buggy Oracle SQL Developer.

I have so far managed to connect to an Oracle DB and can run SQL queries on it fine. However, when I right click on the alias and go to “alias properties”, all I get is a blank window with an OK and Close button that says “Properties for Alias: xxx” at the top.

I am using Windows XP SP3 (32 bit), Java 1.6.0_34, Squirrel SQL v 3.4.0 and for the Oracle driver, I am using the ojdbc6.jar file that comes with Oracle SQL Developer 3.2.

Is this a bug, or am I not doing something correctly?

Thanks

Giles
