I think you also need the username and password. That is what I had to do.

I'm getting a "login failed" error. I've tried just my username, domain\usernam, domain/username, but nothing. I can get in through MS SQL Management Studio, but I have to specify the database name, or it won't let me in.
I know my server name and database name are right.
I've tried it with and without the port number.
Any clue anyone?

column information needed to populate the code-completion. You should
get the latest JDBC driver (.jar file) that is available for your
database from your database vendor, copy that driver into
<SQUIRREL_HOME>/lib and update your alias to use the new driver
You will most likely need to change the JDBC URL to work with the JDBC driver.
