Sometimes I should process/send a query result ASAP, but the runtime is in the range of 10-30 minutes. Currently I periodically switch over to SQuirreL to check whether the query finished while in the meantime I try doing other work. It would be practical having an option like "Long Running Statement Alert", where I can put a time in seconds, e.g. 60. (if 0 or empty, the option is turned off) Any statement that takes longer that the specified time will, after completion, bring up an alert informing about the completion. I suggest placing this near the "Large Script Statement Count".
An additional checkbox also generating a system sound (or playing any soundfile) could be practical too, but I am afraid is a bit complicated to be done in a platform independent way.
