mxDateTime, python 2.3's datetime, and the st_time in python 2.2's (?) 
time module should all work (in python 2.2 the time tuples because their 
own objects which just look like tuples, which SQLObject detects and 
formats appropriately).  mxDateTime is probably preferred, as most 
database drivers return mxDateTime objects if they have the option.
