I Would like to use Active handlers to handle XMLRequest (aka Ajax)
If someone could give me some pointers as to where to look in the source
that would be good too.

Since the handlers are normal python methods, you can call them from
anywhere you can call a python method.

Spyce doesn't do anything to help you with this, yet. So what you'd do
is put your handlers in a .py module -- in your lib/ directory if you're
following the spyceProject layout -- direct the ajax request to a .spy
page, pull out the request variables, and pass them to your handler
I'd like to make this more user-friendly at some point, but I'm not sure
yet exactly how that would work.
Honestly if AJAX is your top priority your best bet is probably the
TurboGears framework at this point in time. They're the only ones who
have really prioritized that so far.
