#12 openbsd make incompatible with '-C' switch

When building Spyce in OpenBSD 3.7 with the shipping
2.0.2 tarball, make complains that the '-C' switch is
unavailable. Removing the '-C' switch from all make
instances in the makefile results in a successful build.

    noted, but there's really no reason you need to run make. (The makefile has been removed from the tarballs in later versions.)
