A really great extension would be to compare the VBA code contained in two spreadsheets as well

I have no plans to add this, but you could look at SourceTools (http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/18029/SourceTools-xla) to export workbooks and then a file compare tool (I use Beyond Compare) to compare them.
