Now we all agree that we have reached and published the final 1.4.0 release,
it's time to shout it out over the world !

Could you all get back to the various web sites, forums, communities ...
you already notified in the past for the beta1 ...
and tell them our official and final 1.4.0 is out ?

This is generally needed, as their description of the game is the out-of-date
one that had been posted on our web page here for the beta1 :
  http::/speed-dreams.sourceforge.net

Some details actually changed since then (LS1 car set, for the main one).
