Hello Christos, hello Haruna, hello all, I don't play as human driver, I used my simplix robot to test the car! With default robot setup, means <attnum name="scale brake" min="0" max="1" val="0.80"/> <attnum name="scale mu" min="0" max="2" val="0.70"/> it worked well with car setup set to <attnum name="front Clift" val="0.23"/> <attnum name="rear Clift" val="0.159"/> resulting in a lift < the maximum theoretical value of 0.779708 As Haruna stated ... > Pretty much every other car in TORCS-NG has this problem (Clift too big). .. but we now talk about a simuV3 default setup. Here we should decide, what to use before doing a lot of work. >> BTW: The wheels are too big, have a look to the wheelhouses! > Blame Andrew. No, what I wanted was prevent you from doing a lot of work with wrong basic parameters like wheel size or Clift. We all know, the simuV2 Clift values are much too big. Why not use better values for simuV3? If not now, we will never come to more realistic values here. Cheers Wolf-Dieter |
