Only the last patch. Turning off multi threading may fix your crash.

I just tested on Windows Seven & Mingw.

Question : All patchs must be applied or just last patch ?

Some note:

- patch work, but I've a kill SD just after loading cars (on SDL2), so I
think that when Opengl race start.
- in config display, in fullscreen just full resolution is applied, in
windows mode, left/right button is inversed (left added / right minus)

In CMake, I will prefer a SDL2 option (in waiting SDL2 code work fine),
because on windows I must remove SDL2 include/lib otherwise CMake take

But good start ... I'm eager to try haptic and my G25

I can't try to Linux for the moment ... my Mageia cauldron (first version
with SDL2) is broken
