Hi Simon,

I tried this weekend your last patch ... work fine on Windows and Linux.
I can't tested with rumblepad but I tested with my G25n FF work on Linux and Windows but autocenter have a lot of relaxation ... no steer resistance up to about 25 degree.

I've built a new patch with the Cmake stuff removed, but the cmake patch
fails to apply in a couple places against the current HEAD, so I fixed
those.

New patches attached, seems to build OK with SDL1.2 and SDL2 but I didn't
fully test everything. Please let me know if FF works on both Wheels and
Rumblepads...
