Upgrading from 5.3 to 5.4, most Notepad++ keyboard shortcuts (some basic ones like Ctrl+S and custom ones) simply stop working or instead print weird characters on the editor. This only happens when SrcCookifier is disabled. Since sometimes it can take a while to load SrcCookifier, and often I open Notepad++ to have a quick glance at some code, I only enable it when necessary. The fact that I can't save or run files while doing that is a bit annoying. BTW, thanks for fixing that last issue, looking forward to the next version :)

Np++ version: 5.6.8 (unicode)
Windows XP SP 3 of course ;)

    Correction: the shortcuts work when SrcCookifier has focus. When the main editor has focus, they don't work =\ The only plugin I updated was SrcCookifier, I didn't update Np++ too (haven't updated anything Np++-related for a long time, this was the only one).

    Ok, problem solved: it was the CCompletion plugin, updating it to the next version did the trick. How CCompletion was fine before, but would stop the shortcuts when SrcCookifier was updated, is completely beyond me.

    Glad you solved it! Because I noticed this odd behavior in the past myself, but could never find the bugger. It went away somehow.. oO
