Softpad v.2 Released

This is the next alpha release. Much has improved and the program should be much more usable. Some of the highlights are:

- The Favorites system has been implemented.
- There is also a Recent Files system which is similar to the Favorites system.
- Everything is now stored in an INI file instead of the registry. I eventually want to give the option to support both.
- All settings are remembered, including colors.

Please note that there are still a few bugs and it's not perfect, hence the alpha designation. My current focus is to fix bugs and add a few more of the features I was planning. The version with all of the planned features will be v1.0.
