Recently opened files are currently being displayed in
the 'Sodipodi'
menu in the toolbox and in the file menu in the
document window.
This patch moves the file list into a submenu, named
'Open Recent'.
It also moves the 'About Sodipodi' item on the toolbox
to the menu
'Help' on the menubar.

I've tested this against the hydra branch and it applies
cleanly. Looks ready for integration.

I've updated the patch to remove the addition of the Help
menu. The first reason being that we don't have any help,
its kinda a tease. The second is that most UI folks believe
that about shouldn't really be in the help menu. I think
that is most widely implemented in Mac OS X where there is
an application menu that contains things like preferences
and about menu. There is ongoing discussion about modifying
the GNOME HIG to reflect this thinking. I don't think it
would be good for Sodipodi to go backwards here.
