After installation, when ran, it says zlib-1.dll cannot be
found.

    use zlib1.dll rename from zlib-1.dll

Another work-around is to make a copy of the file zlib.dll
(found in the same directory as sodipodi.exe) and name the
    copy zlib-1.dll.
The file zlib1.dll in the previous comment may be a typing
    error.

Problem is fixed by changing the file zlib1.dll to
    zlib-1.dll in directory:
    program/common files/GTK/2.0/bin/

I also had to copy (from GTK install) libgmodule-2.0-0.dll to
the sodipodi folder and now the renamed dll works
