#134 Expect: 100-Continue does not work with Apache::SOAP

When a client issues a request containing a "Expect: 100-Continue" header to a server running Apache::SOAP, SOAP::Lite prints out "HTTP1.1/100-Continue" between the response headers and body.

This confuses clients who check the content length (which means they cut off the last few bytes) and XML parsers (who state that "HTTP1.1/100-Continue" is no valid XML).

The issue was originally reported to soaplite-devel, see the attached messages.

    I was able to reproduce this with a modified SOAP::Lite client. The latest version in CVS should fix this, try to get confirmation from reporter...
