    Hi westmj,

    I actually don't know what Cygwin doesn't like here. I fixed some Cygwin-specific stuff for this bug report (http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=40108) in 2.00.06, but I doubt that's the error you encountered...

    What does "perl Build test" say?
