#17 Persistent Settings Issue

Hello,

I've been using latest alpha under Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, and so far,
so good :-)

Something I noticed (beyond some missing themes and that) is that
settings from the General and the Network tab are not save/persisted.

Simple step to reproduce:

Start snarl, two notifications shows.

Go to settings, General and change "Show message on startup?" to NO,
"Show notification on first registration?" to YES.

In Network, turn both incoming connections options to YES.

Wait a bit, exit.

Start snarl again, settings are flipped.

Anyone else having this?

I didn't had a previous Snarl installation, so was a clean install.
