I tried to build your solution and have the following problems:
1) Setup\Setup.vdproj is missing
2) SMSCollCtr_TemporaryKey.pfx does not exist in the project directory
Could you provide a source archive for V1.1.0 as well?

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
1) Setup\Setup.vdproj is only required if you want to create your own Windows Installer (MSI) Setup. You can remove the setup project in the Visual Studio Solution Explorer.
2) You have to create your own Keyfile (SMSCollCtr Properties, Signing, "Create Test Certificate..."), or remove the "sign the assembly" option.
You need a Subversion Client to download the SourceCode of Version 1.1.0. (I'm using <http://ankhsvn.tigris.org/>). Or check out: <http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=160448>.
