"Repair WMI" deletes Bitlocker WMI Namespace - ID: 3400624

We experience the same on many more windows 7 ultimate clients where we run a wmirepair, as described in ID 3400624. After running 'winmgmt /resetrepository' bitlocker works again. We experienced that the SCCM client stops working after this. So we ran another wmirepair and now bitlocker and sccm seem to work properly.

I opened another 'artifact' because the other was closed and I was not sure if a comment would reach you.

Best regards

Run a "mofcomp.exe C:\Windows\system32\WBEM\win32_encryptablevolume.mof" after wmirepair was running to fix the Issue.

(wmirepair Triggers a "mofcomp.exe C:\Windows\system32\WBEM\Win32_EncryptableVolumeUninstall.mof" which removes the bitlocker classes).

Attached Version of WMIRepair (V1.0.1.1) does exclude all *uninstall.mof from registering. Let me know if this fixes your Issue... Thx.

I have tested the new version of WMIRepair 1.0.1.1 and the bitlocker namespace seems to stay functional.

Thank you for this quick fix - and sorry for my slow response ;-)
