You already got one: The "make installer-win32" command failed after the
smart*.exe were successfully built. If only the plain executables are
needed, simply use "make" without any argument. The missing tools are
not needed then.

This is different and probably not what you want:

This uses the Cygwin g++ which builds the Cygwin version of
smartmontools which requires at least Cygwin runtime dlls.
And, BTW, this is installable: "make install" would install everything
in the (emulated) Cygwin dir tree as /usr/bin/smart*.exe,
/etc/smartd.conf, etc.
(This not recommened for test builds. Use ./configure without arguments
to install below /usr/local/..., see INSTALL file)
