1. More of the build file tests are running. I had it set up so that the
StartTest tests would only run if you explicitly disabled system tests ,
which was the opposite of expected. Running another test suite showed
some more bugs, test changes with the new output strings, etc.
2. I can not run these tests on WinXP SP2 RC1; it is as if the daemon
that runs there does not listen on port 3800. Either it is firewall
stuff or something else.
-what does anyone else testing on WinXP see?
3. All the other tests are running, but I think there may be some race
conditions somewhere. eg, one run I got

and another run it came back. We need to find out where this is coming
from; if anyone can replicate it consistently I'd like to know. And if
you see a similar error, try rerunning to see if it will go away.
