#8 sloccount output skewed by huge strings

Just for fun I ran sloccount on a small depot of personal projects and I was very surprised to see it report that I had over 6000 lines of Python (a language I hardly know) and that I had spent A LOT of time writing python code.

Basically, the problem was that one of my .py files had a really long text constant (the file was 100KB and contain pretty much just this constant).

I still think it should have reported >6000 lines because there was 6000 lines in there but still I don't think HUGE constant strings should make such a big contribution to the estimated effort that went into creating the source code.
