I see on Transifex that Russian and Portuguese (Brazil) translations of slint
have been completed and that Polish will be soon completed.
So now I guess that these teams are pretty busy reviewing the translation
(this is almost done for Russian if I can rely on Transifex to know that).
Please all teams inform me when you think that the big PO file has been
completely reviewed for grammar, typos, meaning and layout on screen,
preferably by two people at least if possible.
Please inform me as well when a "small" PO file (for index.html, or slint.sh) has
1. For slint (the big PO file) I will make a final check (though I be not sure of
what I can actually check myself as I only speak French and a little bit of English,
alas), then put the PO file in slint's tarball (in slint-[date]/po)
2. For slint.sh I'll generate the MO file from the PO file and include it in the
tarball as well (in slint-[date]/slint-locales/<language code>/LC_MESSAGES
3. For index.html I'll just upload the file (converted to xhtml with 'po4a') to our
website @ http://slint.fr
To integrate a new language to slint I will wait till both PO file for slint and for
slint.sh have been reviewed, so that everything, from making a DVD ISO image through
using it, has been fully translated. Then a new slint version will be published and
announced on the LQ thread our home page http://slint.fr will be updated accordingly.
Please feel free to answer, especially if anything is unclear or debatable.
