Users who submit polls cannot be credited for their
submission. They may see "their" poll appear on
Slashdot, but their submission shows as Rejected. They
occasionally complain about this.

Feature Request, level 1: Provide a way to credit
submitters of accepted polls. I would suggest a link,
like "Delete Submission", that a) deletes the submission
from the bin and b) shows the submitter it was
accepted and credits them with karma. I believe this is
worth the programmer time to do, since it should be
relatively simple and straightforward to implement (just
a way to accept and delete, rather than reject and
delete, when viewing submissions in the polls section).

Feature Request Level 2: Provide some way to actually
turn submissions into prospective polls, while crediting
the user. The correct way to do that would be to
provide a different user interface when the submitter
was submitting a poll vs. a story (a user interface that
looks much like
https://slashdot.org/pollBooth.pl?op=edit , that is to
say, in order to force the user to separate his poll
choices in a standard manner). I do not know if this is
worth the programmer time to do, since the priority is
rather low.

This will happen when we complete the final stage of the polls/related article
    projects.
