#19 Request: Hooks in slashd for outside program

I'd like to see hooks placed in slashd that would
1. check for a file in each site's private sbin folder for a 'siteslashd'
2. if found, run it.

That way, if you have a program that needs to be run for each site, you could put the code in the site-specific slashd, and it would be run accordingly and routinely.

    I have hooks in there working for a site-specific _portald_. Not the
    same, I know, but it should be sufficient for most people. I will add some
    basic docs for it.

    slashd has been totally rewritten in fry, making it quite extensible.
