#4122 system barfed when I asked it to send my password

2008.05.23 1845 EDT, again at 1848 EDT from 71.178.189.57

system barfed when I asked it to send my password to me, gave my nickname. repeated using email address at 1850, got an "invalid form key" on the first submission. On the second submission, I got the following text, same as the others:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, pater@slashdot.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
