#3532 erratic behavior for metamoderation

Hit "metamoderate" and got the following error message

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Request header field is missing colon separator.

q
Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.slashdot.org Port 8080

Returned to metamoderation page, hit metamoderate again and it
worked normally

    Actually, I've seen similare "errors" many times while browsing /. But I
    recently got the same error at another website, so the problem may well be
    on my side -- some incompatibility of Safari [1.3.2 (v312.6)] with Apache
    1.3.33 maybe? Next time it happens I'll 'bug' Apple. No further action
    needed IMHO.

    Most of us developers use Safari regularly and we've never seen this error, on
    Slashdot or any other site. Maybe you're browsing through a broken proxy or
    something. Good luck...
