Hi there!

I'm just compiling copyright and licensing details for a package which includes your simpletest framework. You have kindly released simpletest under LGPL-2.1, but it is not explicit who owns the copyright. As the LGPL says, you should add (at least) the following text to the README or even to each file. It would make it unambiguous!

<one line to give the library's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
