I gave DrMem a short try today on my Linux box. First I
had to replace some '\' characters by '/' in the
linux/Makefile. After building the shared library I had
to manually make a symbolic link libdrmem.so ->
libdrmem.so.1.0.

With these changes DrMem ran with my sample program but
only threw a few output cycles. Then it crashed with
this message:

An unexpected exception has been detected in native
code outside the VM.
Unexpected Signal : 11 occurred at PC=0x400B1ABD
Function=__libc_free+0x1BD
Library=/lib/libc.so.6

    I get something similar:

    An unexpected exception has been detected in native code
    outside the VM.
    Unexpected Signal : 11 occurred at PC=0x400A280D
    Function=(null)+0x400A280D
    Library=/lib/libc.so.6

    NOTE: We are unable to locate the function name symbol for
    the error
    just occurred. Please refer to release documentation
    for possible
    reason and solutions.

    This is fixed 0.05. It was a memory allocation problem:
    malloc(strlen(string)) instead oaf malloc(strlen(string)+1).
    Makefile is fixed as well.
