I'm pleased to announce that we now have almost complete support for the
ChronoVu LA8 logic analyzer (8 channels, max. 100MHz, 8MB memory) in sigrok.
See http://sigrok.org/wiki/ChronoVu_LA8 for information about the
hardware, the protocol, usage, some photos, etc.
Thanks a lot to the device vendor, ChronoVu, for providing us with
information about the USB protocol which is used to talk to the logic
analyzer, and for many helpful comments/tests and bugreports. It's nice
to see more open-source friendly logic analyzer vendors support sigrok!
The remaining TODOs from http://sigrok.org/wiki/ChronoVu_LA8#TODO will
be worked on soonish, but the code is pretty usable already. As always,
we're happy about feedback, bug reports, and suggestions for improvements.
