[Shorewall-announce] Search Index Update now weekly

The HTDIG search index database for the Shorewall Website and Mailing
List Archives has grown to over 300MB with the result that it takes a
lot of CPU cycles to rebuild. I have therefore decided to change to a
weekly rebuild schedule (I had been rebuilding the index daily). The
index will be rebuilt on Sundays beginning at approximately 0230 GMT.
