#100 Addition 2 shell integration: Uncompress to ./[filename]

I really like the feature of WinRAR or WinZip of clicking the
right-hand-side mouse button and getting the option of
uncompressing the archive into a folder with the name of
the archive, relative to the location of the archive. Obviously
that is the option I use most of the time, it saves the time of
arguing with another dialog :)

I like 7zip a lot, but for uncompressing i would prefer this
add. feature :)
