seri2c driver goes open source

The initial release of the seri2c driver software (to support a PCI card offering eight serial lines) is ready. This includes the original files as received from Tritec Electronics AG before any conversion.

Tritec allowed redistribution under the BSD license and the appropriate changes still need to be done to the source files.

This is a pre-release of the software to allow further development. The latest version from Tritec only supported Solaris up to release 8 but the driver does run on newer releases, too. See the seri2c homepage for more information: http://seri2c.sourceforge.net
Source and Solaris packages are available from the sourceforge page at https://sourceforge.net/projects/seri2c/
