Hi, on semantic-mediawiki.org I read on the page http://semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Talks_and_publications that "it is impossible to maintain a list of publications". But there already has been a page for that purpose: http://semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Semantic_MediaWiki_publications I updated it a bit and linked it there. It should not be too hard to maintain a list of SMW related papers and publications. Hey, it's a wiki, so it would be interesting to know about presentations, papers and talks from the community! regards, Bernhard |

Thanks for your help on this. I was not aware that there were any publications about SMW. Also, as I understand it, only the code developers are allowed to attend the meetings - people involved in documentation, or other facets, are excluded. I am hoping that all types of documentation will continue to improve, and that the developers with financial interests in SMW being difficult to use, will allow it to be presented in an accessible way. Where did you get the idea only code developers are allowed to attend these meetings ? Most of the conferences listed there are open to anyone willing to attend. - Laurent On Fri, Aug 19, 2011 at 12:38 AM, badon <fas...@gm...> wrote: > > Thanks for your help on this. I just did some looking to see where I came up with this idea, but I can't find it. By the way, finding a list of all SMW related publications is difficult, but we can get close by adding links to canned searches in relevant search engines. For example, here is a list of SMW publications in Mendeley : http://www.mendeley.com/research-papers/search/?query=semantic+mediawiki We could do the same with Google Scholar and other sources. Any objection to adding this kind of link on taht publications page ? - Laurent On Fri, Aug 19, 2011 at 11:42 AM, badon <fas...@gm...> wrote: > > I just did some looking to see where I came up with this idea, but I can't > find it.
