Well, considering that nobody answered the question, I think there is no
way to do it yet.
Should I make a feature request on bugzilla?
I guess it is a useful and a reasonable request if we consider that it is
already done via UI in Special:ExportRDF.
The great advantage is that we could make links to export RDF with more
than one page.
(Of course we can make an ask query with especific pages and properties to
export in RDF, but the cool thing with the Special:ExportRDF is that one
doesn't need to know or specify the properties, just the pages, and we can
specify things like &backlinks=1, &recursive=1, and &xmlmime=rdf.

I had a quick look at the code and it seems like it's currently not
possible to link to the export with multiple pages in the argument. I
suggest you make an enhancement request at https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/
Should be rather easy to do even for someone not familiar with the wider
