Hi David, the code of SMW is highly specific to MediaWiki and uses its classes and functions throughout. It might be possible to extract core functions, but getting it to run would still require substantial development effort. JavaScript can be used to incorporate SMW query results into other sites, e.g. as done by the DataPress plugin for Wordpress, but this gives you only the consumer side of semantic data management. In general, SMW questions can be put to our support mailing list (CCed), and there is also a developer list if you should decide to engage into porting SMW functionality to TikiWiki, which would really amount to launching an "STW" sister project.
