URI resolver allows browsers to see HTML pages, but RDF-enabled tools to see RDF/XML code.
It's usually a good idea to point object URIs at resolvers.

Also important point with dual RDF/XML and RDFa support it so have same URIs for the same objects, otherwise you'll have lots of duplicates.

http://mywiki.com/Special:URIResolver/page-name and
http://mywiki.com/page-name. Why the extra layer of
"Special:URIResolver" is needed? I'm not against the idea, just being
curious about the rationale to have "Special:URIResolver".
