There's no way to do that, although it's a good idea - if someone wants to write code for such a feature, I'll gladly add it in.

I'm using Semantic Forms' file upload feature (very nice feat btw) and
is looking for a way to set the destination filename based on a field in
the form, as is possible with the page name by using this syntax in the
form:
{{{info|page name=<Name of form[Name of field]> }}}

I'm thinking it should be possible since the Special:Upload takes the
argument wpDestFile, like so:
http://www.example.com/w/index.php?title=Special:Upload&wpDestFile=Test.png

I need this for a web interface I'm developing, for a bioinformatics
tool to be publicly available. We will let people submit new analysis
job pages, and upload an accompanying file with protein sequences. The
pages get anonymized titles (We pass an auto-generated GUID to form, and
refers to it with the syntax above), but now we need to use the same
string in the destination filename, in order to maintain a connection
between the page and the file.

How can I do that?
